Send in the Girls Burlesque has hit the big time!

Their new show, Bust 'Em Up Burlesque is opening tonight at the Citadel Theatre. We were so happy to be working with them to build promotional images for the fourth time.

For this shoot, we broke away from tradition where we shoot against a black wall, and went out into the real world. We first went to a house with an awesome claw bathtub, then headed over to the Mercer Tavern for the remainder of the session.

The Mercer was such a great fit because it has an actual large safe built right into the wall which fit perfectly with the 1920s bank robber setting of the show.

We will be there tonight for their opening. Can't wait to see it. You should see it too.

We honestly can't express how excited we were when we got the call from Catalyst Theatre that they wanted us to come take promotional shots for their upcoming production, Vigilante.

Their design work has always been stunning which makes it such a pleasure to photograph.

Our favourite part of these shots is the sheer grit that comes across in their clothes and on their faces. Can't wait to see this show. If you are interested in checking it out, the details are below.
