At the end of March, my wife Derrique and I took 45 high school kids to New York for a week. Insane I know.
But what an experience! The kids were fantastic and the city was beautiful as always. This being my third time there and Derrique's second, we were talking about vacations and realized that while many (Brad) love taking their holidays in hot, tropical destinations, we love going to world-class cities. I feel I could get lost in that city.
It also just begs to be photographed. Not that I'm the first by far to bring their camera to Manhattan, but because I had been there before, I challenged myself to shoot more of the essence of the city.
